2. Advance Payments
Advance or booking payments made before the start of a project are non-refundable once planning, design, consultation, or development work has begun.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be considered only in the following cases:
- If the project has not been started by our team
- If duplicate payment was made by mistake
- If BharatSoftX is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Custom website development after work has started
- Software development and delivered modules
- Digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns
- Domain, hosting, third-party tools, licenses, or API charges
- Any approved design or completed milestone
5. Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has started, no refund will be provided for the completed portion of the work.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 15 business days through the original payment method.
